Starting Over with Arq Configuration

If you want to remove all traces of Arq and start over on macOS:

1. Quit the Arq app if it's running.
2. Delete the folder (home)/Library/Arq (To find the Library folder, go to the Finder, hold down the Option key, and pick "Library" from the "Go" menu).
3. Open the Keychain Access app (in Applications/Utilities) and remove all entries with names that start with "Arq".
4. Delete the Arq app. This will cause Arq Agent to quit if it's running.
5. Open System Preferences. Click on Users & Groups. Then click on Login Items. Delete the "Arq Agent" entry.
6. Download a fresh Arq app from the Arq web site.
7. Launch the Arq app.

If you want to remove all traces of Arq and start over on Windows:

1. Quit the Arq app if it's running.
2. Click the Start button, type "Add or Remove Programs" into the search field, and press Return. Select Arq and click Uninstall.
3. Delete the folder C:\ProgramData\Arq.
4. Download and launch a fresh Arq installer from the Arq web site.
